Registered Dietitian providing
medical nutrition therapy for all ages
Are you or your family wanting to eat healthier, but feeling overwhelmed by the information out there and not sure where to start? This is where I come in! As a registered dietitian, I use scientific data to help adults and children find the foods and meal plan that meet their needs. You will gain a deeper understanding of how foods work in your body, which foods are causing your unwanted symptoms, and which foods will help you feel your best. I help you sort through the fads and false claims and focus in on an optimal nutrition plan that’s just right for YOU.
I am weight-inclusive and use a non-diet approach. I promote balanced nutrition without strict rules about what can/cannot be eaten.
Holistic approach: The foods you eat are just one aspect of your overall health. I also explore the impact of sleep, exercise, stress and other lifestyle habits that may be impacting your health.
We live in a weight obsessed culture. You might be skeptical if this approach will work for you- that’s ok. We will talk about this as we work together, helping you find a healthy relationship with food and fitness.
