Registered Dietitian providing
medical nutrition therapy for all ages
I am weight-inclusive and use a non-diet approach. I promote balanced nutrition without strict rules about what can/cannot be eaten.
Holistic approach: The foods you eat are just one aspect of your overall health. I also explore the impact of sleep, exercise, stress and other lifestyle habits that may be impacting your health.
We live in a weight obsessed culture. You might be skeptical if this approach will work for you- that’s ok. We will talk about this as we work together, helping you find a healthy relationship with food and fitness.
General healthy eating guidance
Disordered eating
Ongoing support after residential or intensive outpatient eating disorder treatment
Chronic conditions such as Type 2 Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, and High Cholesterol

Note- Depending on your child’s needs, most of the appointment time will be spent with only the adult caregiver
